    60 times the fun...

This morning I had a total of 30 intervals. Short, but fairly hard. The first 20 went alright, but the last 10 weren't too awesome thanks to trying to fit those in around traffic lights and cars. Not nailing all 30 had me a little irritated, so I decided to throw in another 30 for good measure on they way home. Those went better... More watts, lower HR.
