Makaha TT Flyer

For anyone that needs it, here's the race application for the 2009 Makaha TT, promoted by Team Pacific Velo.

Most riders in Hawaii probably won't know who the rider on the race flyer is... The rider is Scottish TT ace Jason Macintyre (tragically killed while training on Jan 15, 2008). He was British TT Champion, multiple Scottish Champion in the road race and TT, and broke Obree's 10 mile TT record with 18min 47sec! Blistering fast!!! He was a super nice guy, an awesome team mate, full of immense talent, and funny. Thanks to Iain Macintosh of www.imacimages.co.uk and to Jason's widow for giving me permission to use the photo.

This year we're flipping the race around from the direction that Cambio ran it in 2008. It will start at Makaha Beach Park, go out towards Yokohama Bay, then return back to the starts. An exactly 10-mile long course. We'll also have timing chips so that results will be complete and accurate!
