    Consistency

After spending 125 miles on the TT bike over 2 days last weekend, I took Monday completely off the bike before getting back into the groove on Tuesday. My morning ride felt pretty good, but my evening ride felt awesome. I ended up averaging >270w with a Pnorm of 293w. I figured that ride might have my legs hurting a bit today, but I had a slightly better morning ride than the previous day, and the evening ride was a little better! Pavg of 272w and Pnorm of 294w. I don't think I've had two back to back training days like that in a long time.
