It's been a while since I've posted a food photo, and I know Mr Jeff P will hate me on Monday when he views it while hungry, so here goes:

My second ever attempt at Lasagne. So far, no symptoms of food poisoning!

Thanks to a slightly disrupted week of training due to vast amounts of rain, I decided that it would be a good idea to make last week a recovery week. I only did a couple hours of training on Saturday and threw in a FTP test, and a 1min test. Those went pretty good.

On Sunday I did another couple hours on the bike - Mililani > Waipahu > Kunia...

I then realized that Kunia Rd. was closed at Tunnels.

After a chat with the HPD officer at the road block, he let me go through. Awesome... I wasn't too thrilled at the prospect of riding back down Kunia and up Kipapa Gulch and I think the cop could sense that.
