    Around the island

    It's been a while since I broke the 3hr barrier for a training ride, but today I got in my first island lap since Dick Evans. I stoked up the engine with plenty food before the ride... Some mandarin oranges in jelly, 2 slices of pizza, and various fluids.

    SRM File. Nice steady power output! Only a Pavg of 226w but I wasn't exactly pushing it.

    Waves at Sunset Beach. Supposedly in the 15ft range, but they're expecting 25+ for the weekend! Makes me want to get a surfboard!

    Time for me to work on replacing the 3500kJ's that I burnt during the ride.
